Nestled in two of Kent and East Sussex's most beautiful locations, we have three holiday cottages and a shepherd's hut!
If you are looking for an intimate getaway close to the heart of Royal Tunbridge Wells, take a look at Sawmill Cottage. Situated on the edge of the Common just behind The Pantiles, you have great access to shops and restaurants, and only 10 minutes walk from Tunbridge Wells Station.
For an idyllic Sussex countryside break, take a look at the East and West Stables. Lovingly converted, each provides a large double bedroom with ensuite shower room and a twin bedroom with adjacent bathroom. The large living rooms open onto private decks overlooking the beautiful Sussex countryside and there is a good sized paddock for ball games in the summer.
Jessie our shepherd's hut is a luxurious retreat for a quiet and peaceful escape.
All our cottages welcome well-behaved dogs.

Wow! What a fabulous place! As soon as we saw Jessie we fell in love. The carts were a great touch and made even arriving even more of an adventure. Walking down the path was genuinely a magical experience and we couldn't believe how much space we had. Neither of us had ever taken notice of birds before but using the binoculars we spotted lots of new birds and a gorgeous woodpecker. The bread, eggs, milk etc was such a lovely touch and we really appreciated them. Thehut has everything you need and has been finished perfectly. We loved having a bbq and enjoying the view and will definitely miss waking up here. After a tough few months this stay was exactly what we needed. Thank you so so much Sue & team! We can't wait to come back.

A lovely stay in a 'bonus' May heatwave! We enjoyed sitting on the terrace for almost every meal! Beautifully equipped cottage and wonderfully clean. 'Thank you' for the fabulous hamper - a great treat. Would love to visit again, perhaps as a group taking both East and West Stables
